Notice - Common challenges related to Coronavirus

 

Dear customers,

 

The global spread of COVID-19 is now expected to affect not only health concerns, but also the business of almost every country around the world. The Häfele group, which is headquartered in Germany, is not immune to this and we have seen impacts in many of our fellow Häfele companies across the globe. Fortunately, all Häfele staff both in Korea and elsewhere have remained safe and healthy at this stage.

 

In line with the Korean government's guidance on “social distancing” and to prepare our potential response to the risk of corona infection, Häfele Korea has been working from home for the past two weeks, providing customers with daily delivery and ordering service with the customers' understanding and cooperation. This took place without greatly affecting our ability to continue providing a high level of service to our customers. In addition, as an alternative to direct customer meetings and visits for our product consulting, we have been working on providing customer service by increasing non-face-to-face communication such as telephone or e-mail.

 

Reflecting the current situation in which the COVID 19 infection in Korea continues to be well managed, Häfele Korea would like to informs that we will normalize all operating systems from this week to maintain the existing level of service for our customers.

 

We would like to ask for your cooperation in providing forward planning to ensure we can continue to supply you with your product needs in a timely and efficient manner. Despite our continued efforts to maintain global supply chains and to secure increased inventory in Korea, we are encountering some delays in the flow of logistics related to imports, particularly with the unstable air transport systems from Europe to Korea.

 

We'd like to remind you once again that our customer service operating system for ordering and shipping products has been normalized. If you complete your order by 4PM on working day, products that are available from stock in Korea will be dispatched the same day and next day delivery to customer.
